These terms apply to vuerz.com and VUERZ's general account and sign-in services. VUERZ Inc. provides the technology supporting the VUERZ companies and their services.

VUERZ and the service you use

Our technology supports GovSecureStream, Judith Lawrence AI, Reentry Address, TaskDJA and VUERZ Memories. Compassionate Reprieve remains an independent nonprofit partner and is not owned by VUERZ. A shared technology platform does not combine these organizations' service obligations, accounts, permissions or records.

Specific services may require separate terms, facility approval, a customer agreement or a privacy notice. Those specific agreements govern the service they cover. These website terms do not replace them or create an agreement to purchase a service.

VUERZ Media purchases

Media signup requires review of the inmate and facility details. Approval enables the relevant account and library; payment does not replace facility authorization. One-time purchases provide the photo or video upload credits described at checkout, with the stated file-size and duration limits. They do not create a recurring subscription or guarantee that uploaded content will be accepted or released to a facility.

Uploads remain subject to file validation, content review and the rules of the participating facility. Contact info@vuerz.com about mistaken purchases, failed uploads, replacement credits or refund requests. These terms do not limit any rights that applicable law requires.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information and use only credentials and devices you are authorized to use. Protect your sign-in methods and report suspected misuse to info@vuerz.com. Do not share personal credentials or register a personal passkey on a shared facility device.

Signing in confirms identity. Access to a company, facility or application still requires that service's permission. Do not attempt to bypass those permissions, impersonate another person, access another facility's records, disrupt systems or test security without authorization.

VUERZ may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or an operator's authorized instructions. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error. Identity-provider accounts remain subject to their provider's terms.

Permitted use and content

You may use this website to learn about our companies and contact us. Do not use it to distribute malicious software, infringe others' rights or submit information you are not authorized to disclose. Do not send sensitive case, medical, legal or custody records through a general inquiry channel.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize VUERZ to handle it as needed to respond to your request or provide the service you have requested, subject to the applicable privacy notice and service agreement. These terms grant no general right to publish your private records or media.

VUERZ and the respective rights holders retain their rights in site materials, software, trademarks and logos. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

Information and service limits

Corporate website content provides general information. Product descriptions do not guarantee availability, facility approval or a particular outcome. Technology and AI-supported tools do not replace qualified legal, medical or emergency assistance. Follow the instructions and limits of the specific service you use.

We may update the website and its features. Interruptions and errors can occur. Any service levels, fees, refunds or other commercial commitments must come from the applicable service agreement or purchase terms, not from this general website notice.

Other websites and privacy

Links to other organizations and identity providers lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Read the VUERZ Privacy Notice to understand the corporate website and shared sign-in data handling.

Changes and contact

We will post revised website terms with an updated date. Changes to an existing service agreement follow that agreement's requirements. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
