How it works
- A coordinator opens a case and the facility approves it inside its own portal.
- Live or recorded services arrive over an encrypted connection and play only on the approved viewing device.
- Residents watch on a GovSecureStream kiosk or a facility assigned tablet. Staff hold a kill switch.
- Recordings are purged on the facility's retention schedule unless a records hold is set.
