2. Restreaming Policy
2.1. In the event that a live-streamed funeral service experiences technical difficulties, interruptions, or other issues that prevent you from fully participating, we offer the option of restreaming the funeral service at a later date.
2.2. Restreaming requests must be made within 30 days from the date of the original funeral service. Beyond this period, we cannot guarantee restreaming availability.
2.3. To request a restreaming of a funeral service, please contact our customer support team. We will make every effort to schedule the restreaming at a convenient time for you.
